Whenever we have work done on our home, we always do our research to make sure that we get a qualified contractor. When we decided to install a home generator we wanted to find a contractor that was a generator contractor not an HVAC company that does generators on the side. We also wanted to make sure that whatever company installed our generator was able to do service and warranty work as well.

great dealer, easy to work with

Charles initially came out and visited my home, explained all my options and gave me an overview of the generatorand provided a quote. He and his installer, Sam, came out to do the work and had it up and running within a day and a half. Explained all the features of this model and showed me how to manually check items. His wife, Jeanette, came by the 2nd day and helped move a sprinkler head that was in the way. All work was done in a professional manner and cleanup was an easy chore for them. I would recommend using this company to anyone looking to install a whole house generator. It was a pleasure working with everyone on their team

Incredible Friendly Service!!!!

I wish I could give Charles and his wife a higher rating than the 5 star!!! From the beginning of the process until after everything was completed could not have been better. My 86 year old mom lives on the water in SC low-country. After the increase in hurricanes we deciced that it would be good to put in a heavy duty generator. The storm 2 years ago left her without power for a week. Charles came and inspected the property and told her all about the generator etc. Well as most 86 year old women she didn't really know all the things he was talking about. I contacted him since I am 2.5 hours away and hew was so glad I did because he wanted to be sure she understood everything. We felt great about our decision to move forward with it. Charles would contact me to keep me in the loop every time he talked to mom, they worked with the propane co. (which I would not give them a glowing review) in scheduling the installations and making sure everything was doe correctly and by the codes for the county. He kept me informed on every detail and apologized so many times for what they anticipated was going to be completed but was being held up by the propane company. Moms house has metal storm shutters and after she returned home from evacuation of Florence they were still closed. - Charles was there checking on something prior to the installation and he went around and unlocked them all and opened them up for her. He has just been tremendous and has gone way above and beyond in so many ways! I never worried about them working in the house when mom was and even wasn't there. Again I cant say enough positive things about them and highest level of service they provide. Its not always about the price or the product, but the team that is behind the installation and service. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!
