Mann Electric

Outstanding Guy

Absolutely Outstanding Generac Dealer, Installer, Technician, and Person! Super knowledgeable guy who is very professional, is always on time, and has a great group of guys working for him! Very affordable, also! It doesn't even have to be a Generac that he personally put in for him to respond, get to it, and fix the problem as soon as he can (he has handled a lot of my friend's generators that did not initially order the generator from him,as well as my own that I did initially order from him). There's not enough room on this page for me to type all of the good things that i could say about this Generac Dealer...And, as far as the Generac product itself goes, 10/10!! There is not a better brand of generator and or dealer in my opinion! So, if you need a Generac Generator or if you need electrical work, I would definitely suggest for you to call him today!

Prefers to work on his own installs

Contacted Mann Electric on 06/22/2020 regarding transfer switch will not transfer when generator comes on during a power outage. Was told to call back on 06/29/2020 to get put on the schedule. Received a text stating " I got so much going on this week with the 4th, I will have to see how it goes. I've got a lot of my OWN generators to take care of." I am confused, even if Mann Electric did not install, are they not a Generac service provider? Not very professional in my eyes. If I could have given a ZERO, I would. Filed a formal complaint with Generac.
