Prefers to work on his own installs
Contacted Mann Electric on 06/22/2020 regarding transfer switch will not transfer when generator comes on during a power outage. Was told to call back on 06/29/2020 to get put on the schedule. Received a text stating " I got so much going on this week with the 4th, I will have to see how it goes. I've got a lot of my OWN generators to take care of." I am confused, even if Mann Electric did not install, are they not a Generac service provider? Not very professional in my eyes. If I could have given a ZERO, I would. Filed a formal complaint with Generac.
