DO NOT USE!
We paid the annual maintenance plan from Malack 3 months ago. This was supposed to cover the cost of twice a year check up and maintenance and put us on the priority list for repairs. Our generator stopped working and we called and left a message. When we didn’t hear back in 2 days we called again using his home and cell phone numbers, left messages on both. No response after several days and again called each number and left messages. It is 6 weeks later and we haven’t heard a thing. If there was some emergency he should have at least put a message on his answering machine. Tried calling again and there wasn’t even a way to leave a message. Plus he owes us a refund on the annual maintenance fee.

Does Excellent Work! Highly recommend this contractor. They are a one stop shop for all I will ever need for my generator. Maintenance contract, Warranty, Parts and over 20 years in the industry. Happy we chose Malack Electric over the others.
