Job well done

From planning to installation, mLine Electric was on time, on schedule, and on budget. Generator was installed on Thursday and I had a power outage at 2:30 am Friday. System performed flawlessly and switched back to normal power by 3:40 am.

Steve and Nate I believe, did an awesome job very detailed through the whole process.Would highly recommend them and the company.

From start to finish the process was smooth and handled professionally. These guys go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy at the end of the day.Right after the unit was installed we had a power outage and it was such a relief to have the generator, we were able to go about our life as normal!

We had called another dealer twice and never received a call back. mLine made an appointment on our first call. Tim the sales person promptly came and gave an excellent presentation and quote. The installers, Scott and Nate, were very prompt, professional and left the site very tidy and looking like the generator had been here all the time. They answered any questions we had. Excellent all around

I had been considering getting a Generac for several years. A friend used MLine and highly recommended them. For comparison I also received a quote from another dealer and MLine was less.

I am extremely pleased with my Generac. The M-Line crew has been responsive to my questions, professional and friendly during all of our encounters. It was an expensive purchase for me, but I view it as my "life insurance". The peace of mind it has given me knowing that my home will always be powered up is very comforting. I was home this summer when my lights went out. By the time my mind processed the fact that I had lost electricity, my Generac already kicked on and everything was normal. My Generac ran for eight hours, and then shut off once my power was restored. I also like the fact that it is made in Wisconsin, and the infomercial is spot on. One of my friends is in the process of working with M-Line to install a Generac.

Not interested in servicing

As another reviewer wrote, if they did not install your generator, they don't want to service it. It was the first question they asked me when I called and right then I knew I wasn't going to be a priority. Have called twice over the past 3 months and was told both times they were too busy to set an exact date for a service appointment. Still waiting for a call back and have had no working generator for 3 months. Looking elsewhere.
