ME FLow AWFUL SERVICE!!!
Awful Service!! December 16 & 18th 2024 Robert Service Tech replaced sensor on Generac Generator. May 17th power did not convert over when power went out which caused the sump pump not to convert over. Marlin a Service Tech with ME Flow came out and determined the Generac was left in the OFF position. The last time anyone touched the Metal Generator with metal housing around it was Service Technician. Rodney Baker GM for ME Flow refused responsibility and hung up on me! Tony Polendo who owns Southern Home Services which own ME Flow apologized profusely for me inconvenience though when he put in a claim with Travelors Insurance referred the Adjuster Quinson Brown to Rodney Baker the GM at ME Flow, which was useless as he had been the one who hung up on me and refused to take responsibility previously. AWFUL SERViCE!!
