Extremely Poor Customer Service
Scheduled a call with this company with a week advance on the scheduled service date. On the day of the service call we had to call them to see what time they would be coming out. When they were told that it was a new Generator and Generac would be giving them a controlled service number to perform the service and get paid, they decided not to run the call for they wasn't going to be paid right then. They were told this from the beginning and should of declined the call then instead of making the customer suffer. We will never recommend this company for any Generac buisness.
