Would not recommend

So we were refferef to them by Generac as we need a new whole-house generator.The lasy I spoke to booked our estimate appoointment 4 weeks out - not ideal, but fine they're busy.I call them the morning of my booking (time was between 8 and 12) to make sure they had a 4WD truck capable of getting up our (snowy) driveway only to find out that we aren't even on their schedule - no record of us at all.I expressed my dissapointment of having to wait 4 weeks only to be told that they don't even have us scheduled, which was met with the response of "well you only had to wait 4 weeks, it's normally 7-8, so just consider yourself lucky".We won't be using them going forward.

Satisfaction and Security

After years of struggling with dysfunctional generators, we are now fully satisfied with our newly installed Generac which thus far runs quietly and efficiently. Chris from Lucci Electric provided us with his clearly explained expertise, various options, and a concise proposal. He readily addressed questions and concerns. This was followed with a seamless installation process - from acquiring permits, to creating a cement base to coordinating with the propane company. The team of Tom and Danny handled all the electrical transfers which was a complex and time-consuming process. They were extremely knowledgeable, worked safely and diligently, and were respectful of our home and to me! We now have a new found sense of security as weather-related outages loom!

What a great experience having my Generac 22KW generator installed by Lucci Electric. Everyone I dealt with was completely professional and the quality of their work is top-notch. Their communications are excellent, they work really hard to keep to the schedule, they pulled all the necessary permits, and they coordinated things nicely with the propane company. Once the installation was completed, they sent a technician out to take me through all the in's and out's of owning and using a standby generator.

Lucci Electric installed a 20KW generator, remote monitor and surge protector for my home. I am very pleased with the how the entire project went from initial meeting all the way through to final inspection. My project was fraught with challenges including a cramped utility room, property setback issues and yours truly (I consider myself to be reasonable but quite demanding). Chris, the owner, came to my house several times in advance of the project to help me decide where and how the equipment would be placed and skillfully fielded my barrage of questions and concerns. He said to me, "I just want to make sure you will be happy with the work". He succeeded. His professionalism and expertise extends to his crew who takes great pride in their work. My electric room looks neater than ever. The generator is placed in a perfect location. His crew somehow managed to run the electrical cables 30 feet though my house without cutting holes in my walls. (It was like magic).I wholeheartedly recommend Lucci Electric.

Even though I did not buy my Generac from this dealer they were responsive to my needs. I had a small oil leak on a new Generac and they made all the arrangements for me to get a replacement engine from Generac under 100% warranty. They were great to work with and did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Lucci Electric did an amazing job on all aspects of my stand-by generator installation and service. What really makes them stand out is their ongoing service, particularly during the storm. They helped me overcome zoning challenges, manage the propane company, as well as were always on hand to answer questions on how to maintain my generator during the storm. Other dealers could not be reached, but I instantly got someone to help when I called Lucci. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in a generator.
