Knowledgeable and friendly

It was a wonderful experience with PM2 LLC Lowcountry Generators from start to finish. I had no problems with getting a hold of them, got an appt the same week, and got the estimate the very same day. Shep was very knowledgeable and I could tell that he has been doing this for a long time. John, the installer was very professional and did a wonderful job. If I needed any answers, Candace (office manager) was very kind and patient with my many questions. I definitely recommend this company!!

Problem not with owner

The owner came to my house and was a true professional. then the gas contractor came and looked around. this was in July I never heard from him again until I called September 12, A lady told me she was shutting down until after the storm,but would look into it, well I got the estimate about an hour later dated 08/16... This leads me to believe the problem is not in the owner

Inconsistent

Very knowledgeable and friendly; however, he does not return calls; he won't commit to an appointment; and he must be reminded of his responsibilities under a service contract.

Never commits to appointment

Very frustrating to deal with this company. I spent over a month speaking to the owner to try and get on his schedule. Instead of being honest and saying he had no time to service.He continue to lead me too believe he would work me into his schedule.

This Dealer IS the BEST

This Dealer is very Professional and returns my calls every time.He came to my house and recommended which Generator we should purchase.I was expecting a bigger wattage size but he assured me this is the one we need. During a power outage in the middle of the night, I decided to turn on the range, dryer and microwave.to my surprise all ran fine including the ac heat pump. The install do not take long and I would definitely recommend this dealer.He is very professional and cares about his clients.

Shep came to my residence on two separate occasions and explain in detail how the generator would work and recommended a model that was more efficient and cost effective then the one I had researched on-line. His advice was invaluable.
