Mr. Long and crew arrived and installed my unit within 6 hours. very professional and no signs of installation including underground propane tank. Unit has operated flawlessly. Automatically runs test every Saturday and notifies me of status. Longs sends a technician out on a regular schedule and cleans and test unit. Knowing Long's if I do have an issue someone will be out soon to take care of the problem. I recommend Long's to anyone looking for a standby generator! Thank you, Mr. Long and crew!

Don't keep appointments

They are very lax about keeping appointments. They do not show up and do not call. We had an appointment scheduled for Monday for the annual service. No one came or called to cancel. We were rescheduled for today (Friday) and are still waiting more than an hour after the scheduled time.

Generac 24KW Generator Install

If you are looking for a whole house generator, the owner and staff at Long's are hands down the best you can ask for! The team arrived all together (like a parade) and 5 1/2 hours later, they completed my install (including buried propane tank), tested, cleaned up and were headed out! Very courteous and professional, top to bottom. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting backup generator power. Thank you!!

This company pops up on Generacs website for our area yet they state they don\u2019t come out to us. Very unfortunate and misleading.

Generac 22KW Installation

Kenny an his team arrived right on time this to install our new whole house 22KW generator. The entire team was very professional and polite. I was very impressed with the quick response I received when I inquired about a generator, and I was even more impressed with the generator installation. Mr. Long and his men were vey professional and efficient. You would never know at the end of the day that a whole crew of men had been in my yard earlier, digging up my lawn. It looked perfect when they left.
