Long Island Emergency Power

Great features

I brought my own last year and I was happy with it

Service exceeds expectations

This is a copy of an e-mail I sent to Jason today. I thought it important that I share it with those looking for generator service. This was my first experience with them, after signing a maintenance contract for my Generac 20KW 6244 only last week. "I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with Anthony. He was here on time (a rarity these days), did everything needed on the generator in spite of the frigid weather, came in to check on the transfer switch (and removed his shoes - his idea, not mine), told me what he was doing as he did it and what to expect, and in general was a pleasure to meet. You may think this is just business as usual, but I've found people like him to be more the exception that the norm, and wanted to make sure you knew how happy I was."

Dealer Is Exceptional

Mike and Anthony are the best. Top quality workmanship, service, and very responsive.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

From the moment we sat down with Mike, the owner of Long Island Emergency Power we knew we would be doing business with him. He is straight forward, honest and detail oriented. We signed the contract and each of the people who we encountered either on the phone or during installation were very polite and helpful. They are probably one of the most professional companies we have ever done business with, while keeping the personal touch. It felt like everyone we worked with took pride in their work as if they owned the company. Everything went smoothly during the installation and our whole house is now set for generator backup if we need it. We are confident that we have a great product and company behind us to help.

Long Island Emergency Power is outstanding!!

My husband and I could not be happier with the installation of our Generac by Long Island Emergency Power. Everyone was so considerate and friendly and left everything in perfect order. We highly recommend Long Island Emergency Power!!

Great Company

From the first sight visit all the way to the completion of the installation of my new 22 KW generator, Long Island Emergency Power did a great job!!! Mike and his team took special care of us and completed the job on time and for exactly the cost they quoted. We are very glad we found them and would recommend them to any one.

You need not look anywhere else.

Highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They drew up the plans, gave me an estimate, got the permits and did everything as promised. When they completed the job, you would never even know they had been there, even though the installation took 4 days (in the snow).

Great Company

We were very fortunate to find Long Island Emergency Power. They were fabulous.

First Class Dealer/Contractor!

Just experienced what it means to deal with a premiere contractor. Not only was the job done neatly, timely and professionally, but the personal attention received during our start-up and testing directly from the owner assured us that we made the right decision in hiring LIEP!

Great Experience - I Would Highly Recommend!

So happy I found LIEP! They were able to take care of everything I needed and answered every question. The took care of all the permits and I love the fact that I am sure that everything was done the right way. I had no worries and the crew was fantastic.Once they were done there was no evidence they were even there! One of the selling factors for me was that they have been doing generators alone for more than a decade and they have a full service department to back up anything else I need for my generator. One stop shop, great people, great company ... highly recommended!
