This is a copy of an e-mail I sent to Jason today. I thought it important that I share it with those looking for generator service. This was my first experience with them, after signing a maintenance contract for my Generac 20KW 6244 only last week.

From the moment we sat down with Mike, the owner of Long Island Emergency Power we knew we would be doing business with him. He is straight forward, honest and detail oriented. We signed the contract and each of the people who we encountered either on the phone or during installation were very polite and helpful. They are probably one of the most professional companies we have ever done business with, while keeping the personal touch. It felt like everyone we worked with took pride in their work as if they owned the company. Everything went smoothly during the installation and our whole house is now set for generator backup if we need it. We are confident that we have a great product and company behind us to help.

Mike and his team took special care of us and completed the job on time and for exactly the cost they quoted. We are very glad we found them and would recommend them to any one.

Highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They drew up the plans, gave me an estimate, got the permits and did everything as promised. When they completed the job, you would never even know they had been there, even though the installation took 4 days (in the snow).
