We rest easier!!

We decided to buy a Generac generator because my husband turned very ill about 8 years ago.Everything that would help him in our household was powered by Electric from a lift chair to a hospital bed to nebulizers even down to the garage door had to be powered for him to have a stable living quarters.I almost dreaded When Storms would arise or it could be a sunny day and someone hit a utility pole that would make the electric go out I literally lived on pins and needles. We rest easy when we called Lohrum Generac dealer.We love our unit it's a Godsend to us.Our dealer was great and professional.I actually think our neighbors also have a piece of mind knowing they have a home to come too in compromised weather or situations.We never want to be without it thank you Generac for this wonderful unit.l

Professional installation

Lohrum Electrical installed a 22 kw backup generator. I requested three quotes from different providers and their quote was the lowest. The installation process was quick but professionally completed. After installation they went through the operation of the backup generator and put the whole house on backup electric generation. This past Sunday the system did its weekly quick startup with no issues. I highly recommend Lohrum Electrical.

This dealer is great! He really knew his stuff. He was always on time, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product that he installed. Upon installation he was given a somewhat different scenario then was discussed at the time of sale. He adjusted his work plan to sync with what I had laid out perfectly. It was his adjustment that made the job turn out better than expected. I have recommended him to several of my friends!

Unexpected Excellence

Never heard of Lohrum Electrical, however in viewing local Generac dealers, he came up. I was very pleasantly surprised at his competence and professionalism that I had him rewire my entire electrical panel too!

Called Generac about a whole house backup generator because I knew the product was safe and reliable. I contacted the company, and they gave me the name of someone who could give me an estimate in a week or so. Micah J. Lohrum of Lohrum Electrical call me the same day and then came out to my residence, He was on another call but made it to my house which was 26 miles away. He was very thorough with everything we needed. We sat down and taking his time, he explained everything and answered my many questions. He provided written estimates on several plans for my needs, answering my more questions. I was fortunate to get his services, He is an asset to Generac and also to his profession. Came with all the tools and supplies, cutting no corners on anything. He cleaned up and explained the unit and stated: \u201cAnytime you need ANY service, please call me.\u201d The unit was started up, and every circuit was tried which performed well This was a great experience in service and knowledge by Micah J.
