My new generac broke. I needed warranty service and repair. They're listed on this website as a service center. When I called, they said they don't have a service. No help.

Follow up as I promised

So I gave my initial impression of Lodolce Electric on Dec 5th. Joe as I said contacted me right away. Was Very friendly. Joe figured it was the rear seal on my 22KW Generator motor that was the reason for the oil leak. He was Correct. Joe has already made it out to replace said seal. He had told me as soon as he got the parts he would be out. We are a fare distance out of his way. So today 12-14-22 He was here and disassembled, Cleaned the oily mess up, installed the seal that was actually completely missing. Reassembled the Generator tested it. Gave me a few suggestions. Packed up, cleaned up, Joe and Keith were Very Pleasant through out. Highly recommend using Lodolce Electric. I most definitely will use them for all my future needs. Thank you..!!!

I have been struggling for days to try and resolve an issue I am having with my brand new generator. It has an oil seal leak best we can tell. Cammie and Joe were the first of many that I called to return my call and they did it promptly.Customer service is a Very desired commodity this day and age. Joe sounds very capable and understanding. Though we have yet to fix the said problem I felt I needed to at least Acknowledge their prompt and friendly response.Thank you..I will follow up with a final outcome response.
