Service tough to get
LODERMEIER’S will not accept work on portable generators. Although listed on the Generac Dealer locator website, the said sorry, we don’t work on them. I sensed that Generac is a nightmare to work with, and that is why they stopped supporting that product. When contacting Generac support after the 45 minute drive to get there, the customer service rep only offered to look at the web site and give m another option for service. They explained that I should call first to validate that the company that they list will accept the work. I suppose that is sound advice, but when I suggested that they update the web site, the representative said “she” does not update the web site. That is customer service.
