Routine Service Job!

I called to get our Generator serviced"oil,filters, etc." The gen. was and had been running flawlessly for 7 it just needed serviced.When the tech. showed up while he was doing the job he broke the cover for the Breakers on the out side of unit. He brought it to the door to show us this development, which seemed odd he would do so. We knew for a fact that the cover was in good shape because we took pictures of the unit for them to try and figure out which unit we had so they would bring the proper filters for it. So we know the cover was in perfect condition! While he was here the tech. suggested we change our "Gen's. exercise cycle from once a month to once every week. We told him that would be OK to do. He told us that if for any reason the unit didn't run it's exercise to call them and some one would be out to correct it. The unit has not run a exercise cycle since, I've called twice and was told we would be charged for a service call plus labor to correct the problem! Their excuse for the fee was because maybe (ant's) got into the control panel! Really! this a Lame Business that is run by people with poor business ethicsI suggest you run the opposite direction of this business and don't look back!!!!!!!!

Unprofessional business

Called a month ahead to make an appointment for simple maintenance, no issues. Called again the week before to confirm they still had me on their schedule. Was told by several folks they'd be out. Never showed. Never called. So, I called them to find out what the issue was and still no luck. Terrible people to do business with and would not recommend to anyone. Can't return a call, can't follow through with a month old plan. Joke of a business. Will gladly have another dealer come out instead of Lockwood...Never again will I do business with these people.

Still waiting

I talked to the company about getting an estimate. I was told someone would come out the following week. Four weeks later I am still waiting. Goodbye Lockwood Refridgeration

They were awsome

A friend recommended them to me, they came out immediately and explained everything to me about installing a unit .They did the complete job , electrical, gas piping ... everything including the concrete slab. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a generator.
