I have used Lloyd's Electric for a number of years and find they are a reliable company and provide dependable electric service. Today, both Dave and Xavier were very courteous and professional in converting streetlights to LED. It was quite obvious that they knew what they were doing and worked very efficiently.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. I was looking for a generator without really knowing what I needed. I contacted Lloyd's and Kyle returned my call in minutes. We schedule a appointment to determine what he would recommend. He was on time, gave me his professional opinion and we scheduled the work to be performed. It was installed on the date as promised at the price we agreed on. If I had a question, Kyle would immediately return my phone call and handle my concerns. My time is very limited and they did not waste one ounce of it. Highly recommend.

Lloyd Electric installed a 38 kw generator for me June 6, 2017. I am a retired Contractor and have a lifetime of experience dealing with subcontractors. Since my house did not previously have natural gas, I hired Lloyd's to take care of all the in-home piping for that and install a gas package HVAC system and a gas tankless water heater as well as the full home Generac system. It was a complex business getting all that done and coordinating with KUB on the gas line install, all with minimal disruption to my life. I can't speak highly enough of Lloyd's professionalism and expertise. The staff they sent were all friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make the project a success.Since the install in June, we have had one power outage, and the generator and transfer switch worked perfectly. I love the peace of mind that my new Generac generator affords me!

I had gotten a New 22k generator put in on July 10th. The Crew that came out (Mark, Kyle, Jamaal, and Ross.) were wonderful! Very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything that I needed to know or wanted to know with great detail. When Joe came out to meet the electrical inspector, everything went smoothly. Had a generator installed by Lloyds Electric in November 2017. Within two weeks we lost our electrical for over 2 hrs but we still had power thanks to the generator installed by Lloyds. Since November 2017 we have used the generator on six occasions. Can not say enough about the service provided by Lloyds. Will use when I need a new hot water heater.

LLoyd's Electrical is the type of contractor that you wish all contractors were. They are extremely professional from the first contact to project completion. Their installation team consisting of Mark the project director as well as the other techs, Gary, Jarmaal, and Kyle are the best. The installation was neat, professional, and timely. I cannot say enough good things about them. Indeed, everyone I came in contact with, from the Director of the Generator Division on down is a credit to the organization.

Having built a home here in Eastern Tennessee, one becomes painfully aware of problems with many in the local workforce. This was certainly not the case with Lloyd's Electric. Every aspect of our whole house 32kW Protector QS generator installation, from the initial visit and proposal quote to the final walk-thru, was performed by a highly qualified and professional team of technicians.

I cannot find the appropriate words to extol the fantastic job Lloyd's Electric did on the install of my home generator. My system is a 16kw whole house Generac Guardian. The installation required a concrete pad with rebar and was leveled and finished. The control panel required 4 modules and I reviewed the priorities for appliances with Jay before installation. Both panels and modules were very cleanly installed in a tight area which basically lined up with my existing 200 amp service panel. Mark, Eric and Buddy did an excellent job of installing the entire system and routing my power circuits around the back of the house so the system cannot be seen from the street. The propane gas was cored through the basement crawl space walls and sealed with fire caulk so there was no exposure through the walls. The pipe was painted to prevent rust since it is black steel piping. They buried conduit was schedule 80 PVC. The electrical inspector came by and passed the entire system.Jay did a final walk through after the installation and pre-programmed our weekly testing and covered every aspect of the installation and operation.

My wife and I called Lloyd's because have used them before and felt very comfortable with their company. Jay gave us a couple of options and we went with the 25 kW system. Our whole house is protected since we have had up to a 4 week outage. The GENERAC was nice I decided to get a pressure washer from Lloyd's for my four wheelers. My wife and I both recommend Lloyd's for electrical, generator systems. Mark, Joe, and Eric cleaned up and respected our home.

He's knowledgeable, professional and so his his crew. We barely knew they were in the basement during installation. They cleaned up after themselves and respected our home. After being told by another local competitor that it would take 1-1/2 days to install and our electric would be down for an entire day, Jay and his crew completed everything in a single day and we were only without power for a couple of hours. Installers Mark and Dan were very courteous, informative, and professional. Installation took about 8 hours of what I consider to be hard work (nary a break was taken except for 10 minutes to eat lunch - which was done standing). Installation site looks even better than it did before they commenced work. It is easy to understand why Lloyds Electric is considered a 5 star "Elite" dealer; they have 6 star employees.

We originally purchase a Generac 12K in 2001 when we built our house. It was improperly installed by the contractor (put a natural gas port when we use LP) and never started or ran properly. We had numerous service companies come out to fix it but none really knew what they were doing and actually incorrectly installed replacement parts that they said were "needed." We finally found LLoyd's and they immediately recognized the problem and fixed it. It ran beautifully after that. We have since replaced it with a 16K and had no problems and are in the process of upgrading to a 20k unit. These guys are friendly, easy to deal with and show up when scheduled. We could not be happier with their sales or service.
