Lj Inc.

One of the best

I was looking for an automatic home generator and selected LJ INC. to install the generator. This was the best decision I made. I told Sales Rep. Lance what I was looking for in an automatic home generator and he explained all of the options that would meet my needs. There was no high pressure sales pitch during our meeting. After deciding what I wanted installed, Lance gave me a detailed quote that spelled out all of the work to be completed and a breakdown of the material. Everyone should expect this instead of a one page written estimate. During the generator and equipment installation, technicians Shawn and McKenna were very professional and took the time to explain to me the new equipment operations. They made every effort to not disrupt the house while they worked and they cleaned up any debris before they left. Another comfortable feeling was that the work was not subcontracted, LJ INC employees did all of the work. Great Job by LJ INC. Thank You!

Highly responsive and Highly Skilled

We bought our first generator from LJ Electric some years ago, and the pricing and service were excellent. We moved to SE Michigan, and thought we would not need a generator, but we did. LJ Electric was extremely responsive, answered all of our questions, offered good pricing, and completed the installation in less than 1 week. Others are waiting months. LJ Electric skillfully solved technical challenges in our complex installation. Thank you to Lance and the team. We highly recommend them.

this dealer is very professional

On the day we scheduled our Generac to be installed, they showed up on time. They were very professional and were willing to answer any questions we had right then. We have enjoyed the convenience of power when there was an outage. I would highly recommend L J Electric to do the installation of the Generac Stand By generator.

Salesman and installers were great!

I compared LJElectric to other places and the pricing was better. We were told exactly what we would get and we got it. The yard and street were clean as if they were never there. Thank you guys at LJ Electric

Overall great experience

I was quite impressed with the professionalism, product knowledge, and efficiency that I experience with this dealer. I highly recommend working with this dealer as it was an overall great experience. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the end product.

Great dealer to work with

Staff was very informative about product, on time for sales meeting and for installation. Clean and neat installation. Generator works great and they don't forget you after they receive payment. Great job guys!

Dealer was great

Dealer was great and did an excellent job of explaining how the generac worked and was responsive in getting installation started. Installer, Lance, was knowledgeable and friendly. Was also prompt in coming out and completing the first year maintenance.

JL Electric is exactly the kind of business I like to deal with. They are professional and quickly respond when called

This is a wonderful company in an age of declining services. They installed my generator when they said they would and came out immediately and repaired it immediately when it unexpectedly failed because of a defective fuse or part. I'm glad we chose JL Electric and recommend them to all of my neighbors and frioends
