Look Elsewhere
Little Sparkie is a "one woman" shop. Even though she has a tech who works with her (I've never seen the same tech more than once), she is the lead on every job - guess she can't find trustworthy techs to delegate to. Has such a full schedule that she is not able to provide follow-up service in a reasonable amount of time when anything goes wrong. Techs are careless - don't even know "righty-tighty, lefty-loosey" - which has resulted in broken cable clamps.
