Linahon Electric, Inc.

Poor service

They have no clue how to fix a WIFI connection. I ended up calling Generac support and got it resolved and calling this dealer back and told them how to fix the issue for future issues, and got a bill for $200

Love the generac.

Linahon installed my generator but never put it under a load to test! Nine months later I came home and couldn’t raise the garage door. Called Linahon and got put off about a week because it was corn planting time! Got a big surprise about 2 weeks later with a $250 plus bill. They told me that I called for service but I do my own! Didnt tell them to service, I wanted it to work, period!

This dealer, Linahon Electric, accepted my power washer for warranty service saying it should be an easy fix. They kept it for a couple weeks and then told me that they could not figure out the problem. They told me they would not work on it further because it was not worth their time given the reimbursement they would receive from Generac. I called Generac customer service and they informed me that Linahon never even contacted tech support for assistance in the repair. Don't waste your time using Linahon to service your Generac equipment.
