I contacted Lightfoot and scheduled an appointment for a quote more than a week in advance. They called a day before to confirm the appointment scheduled for the next day, between 8:00am-12:00pm. At a few minutes before noon, they called to say that they could not provide an estimate and asked me to reschedule.
