I had a 22kw generator with automatic transfer switch installed and I am very happy with the work performed by Light Electric.In addition to the generator install itself, they also coordinated all the various other parties (town permit, inspection, propane company, excavation company), which made the process as easy as possible.Light Electric did a top notch professional and detailed and meticulous install and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

Working with Larry has been a pleasure from beginning to end. He was always responsive and provided answers to any questions I had during the project. Pricing was accurate and more than fair, as the work he performed turned out to be more than what I expected. Most of all I was educated during the entire process, meaning if I wasn't sure about something, all I had to do was ask him and he took the time to explain it all. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone who needs a generator or any electrical work, as its hard to find someone who is honest and does great work these days.

I got in contact with Larry while I was shopping for a Generac portable generator. I called him to ask him if he had the generator I was looking for. I told him that every place I called was out of stock. He was very helpful and told me that he could get it for me. I asked him a few questions about the generator. He answered all of them, which help me make my decision to buy the Generac I was looking for. He called me back to notify me when the generators were arriving and ask me if I was, still, interested. I told him that I was very sorry, for I had gotten a super deal with a brand name warehouse. To my surprise, he was super nice. He told me that he understood and that I shouldn't pass on that deal. This is how every dealer out there should be. needless to say, I told Larry that whenever I needed anything related to electric generators, he was going to be the dealer I was going to see.Yes, I do recommend Light Electric Inc.

He was not willing to come look at the job and/or give me an estimate of cost.Instead he gave me, over the phone, a one time price to do the job.That tells me his flat rate had enough profit built into the cost to protect him for any job he might do no mater how extensive.He also wanted me to guarantee him the job so as not to waist his time.

Larry is fantastic!!! He was constantly in contact and made sure that I was back up and running. He would do trouble shooting over the phone to help try to figure it out so he didn\u2019t have to charge. The service and response was second to None. Thank you!!

In the aftermath of a recent storm, our generator stopped working and we were facing several days of no power. When no one else would return phone calls, including our current contracted servicing company, I was able to reach Larry. He was swamped with customer issues and he still managed to spend time with us on the phone with us helping resolve our issue. Larry personally "kept the lights on" for our family during a very trying time. THANK YOU LARRY!!

Larry was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional, understanding, enthusiastic, eager to help and a man who really cares about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. He was incredibly patient in walking us through the project and not only installed the Generac generator but coordinated the digging of the trench, propane delivery and town permits. We would give him 10 stars if we could!!!!

My generator hadn't been serviced in a few years . I got Light Electric from the Generac site and very glad I did!! Larry was quick to respond and sent me the estimate! When he came to do the service we discovered some real issues!! He took,the time to explain what was needed and had the parts required .. before he was finished he tested everything twice !! I was glad I got Larry his service and expertise is top notch I would highly recommend Light Electric if you need quality service!!!

We had 4 estimates, while Light Electric wasn't the least expensive it was by far the most Professional. Larry responded to our home spent time explaining everything he would do and lived up to every word and then some. We had an automatic transfer switch installed along with a 22kw generac generator. When our Son visited our home, he inspected Larry's work and said that it was one of the Best electrical installations he has seen. Our Son, who lives a distance away, is a Electrician by trade, and was impressed. Without reservation I would recommend Light Electrical for whatever electrical needs you may have. We are totally satisfied, in fact we will be taking out a maintenance contract with Light. We found Larry to be HONEST, EXTREMELY COMPETENT, RELIABLE and TRUE TO HIS WORD. Although we paid a few extra bucks, we are more than totally satisfied and found Light Electric to be worth the few extra bucks. I am glad I found this guy to do this work.

After getting a few estimates I decided to go with Larry. Pricing was good. He takes pride in the installation and work. Others vendors told me about a 3 week process. Larry handled my permits, coordinated with my gas company and had everything done in less than a week from start to finish. Awesome work very detailed, clean and professional. 10 Stars!! If there were 6 stars available, that's what I would give Larry at Light Electric. He is prompt, returns phone calls, knows what he's doing, and is friendly & helpful. I didn't even have to fill out the warranty paperwork or deal with permits - he took care of everything. He also set up a mobile app, so he knows exactly what's happening with the generator - when it's running, any problems that may occur, etc. I plan to use him for all service & maintenance on the 22kw Generac standby generator for as long as I live here. Now if I could only find a plumber I liked as much...Thank you Larry!

Larry was great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us through our issues when our other provider left us without completing the job. The job was completed on time and he showed up the day he told us.

Prompt response and impressive troubleshooting on 10 yr old generator which was quickly fixed when others could not.

After running like a charm for the first 5 days of our recent blackout,my Generac 750failed to start on the 6th day. I brought it to Light Electric for repairs. Larry was extremely friendly and knowledgable. After answering his questions regarding how it ran, any symptoms or other problems he said he'd get back to me within a week or so.The generator was fixed just like new and 10 days later I got a call from Larry saying that it was ready to be picked up. When I did so, he gave me some helpful advice on how to keep it in tip top condition.In summing up I can safely say that from start to finish the entire experience exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them for anything fromminor maintenance to total overhaul.

Larry did not install my generator (I wish he had). My generator stopped working in the middle of Hurricane Sandy. The guy who normally services my generator was too busy to help me. I cold called Larry and he answered his phone and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me trying to help me figure out what was wrong to - no avail. He came the next day at the time when he said he would and diagnosed the problem. He spent 25 minutes on the phone and ordered the part for me. The part came in the next day and within hours Larry came and had my generator up and running. He then ran many tests to make sure that everything was working properly. While at my house Larry fielded many calls (some from angry people). He remained calm, patient and courteous throughout. He is a great guy and a talented professional. If you are looking for someone who cares about his customers, is a talented technician and shows up when he says he's going to then Larry is your man.

We had used Larry - Light Electric for residential remodel work and for generator/transfer switch install after last years Halloween storm. During Hurricane Sandy (Frankenstorm) our electric service was ripped from house by a falling tree.Larry came, cleared tree, freed up lines, reattached service for our house, and neighbors. He checked that all was OK with generator and followed up after power restored. He properly sized generator to house needs that covered us for the (6) day outage. I would highly recommend him.
