Couldn't have asked for a better mechanic. He did what was needed and the price was fair. Best of all he did not try to sell me a bill of goods with an expensive service contract with work that is not needed if the generator is only exercising, unlike like my prior service company. A positive experience in a sea of difficulty

Whilst I had endless troubles getting my propane tanks permitted that delayed my project in excess of 9 months, LI power took care of their end of the project very quickly. My machine was delivered on time and project was wrapped up in one day.

Did not follow through on Claim paperwork with Generac - Do not use them

We have been waiting about a year for the owner and his wife to follow-thru on our claim processing for a fully warranted 20KW home generator. After calling for 11 mos we have opened an incident report with Generac. Today is the 2nd time Generac called them telling them to reimburse us over $1100. This dealer has made us several back door offers outside the Generac Warranty claim service as a trade including a partial reimbursement and a maintenance contract but never followed through. In the meantime Generac has rewarded them upgrading their status from Select to Elite. I want to know how Generac is going to ensure their authorized service providers follow the dealer protocol and provide adequate service to the consumer.

Disappointed

Sadly, I was very disappointed with their customer service. They just did not follow through with service dates. They gave me installation dates weeks in advance, and then just did not show up. Then, when I called, I would get answering machine pick-ups during regular business hours, and often there were no call backs. I am now waiting to get my nearly $4000 deposit. I even had to call Generac to call on my behalf.

Beware! Crook!

Avoid dealer! I gave dealer nearly $4000 as a down payment six months ago. Lies about installation dates. Now, does not answer telephone or return calls. Address is a post office box. I have turned it over to my attorney. I contacted Generac and informed them of fraud. Will also contact authorities. Fraud.

A good job at a fair price

My battery charger and voltage regulator went bad after Irene, B&N replaced both for a fair price and my 17kw is working fine again

Did the job on budget and on time

I called, B&N for service on my 17kw Guardian unit which showed some trouble faults after Irene. The technicians Sid and Mike, diagnosed my unit in an hour, and cleared the cost of the repair with me before they supplied a voltage regulator which got my generator working again.
