Called about a problem with my 20KW generator not running. Lewis Electric gave me a time and a date and they showed up on time. Andy and his dad fixed the problem once arriving within an hour. Very professional and I'm very pleased with their work.

Undependable Contractor

I called the 1st of July to schedule an appointment. Our July 22nd appointment was a call by his secretary asking if I had Honda generators, after I had emailed the receipts of my Generacs to her a week prior. Andy never showed, called to say he didn't think he was authorized to work on portables. Said he would check with his regional and call me back. He didn't, I called him, and he said as it was air cooled he could work on them. Advised me he would swing by later that day to pick them up. He didn't, and never called to reschedule. Tuesday, said he would call me to arrange a pickup time. He didn't. Wednesday, never heard from him. Today, I texted to ask why he hasn't responded, no reply. As a contractor myself for 24 years, you don't stay in business treating your customers this way. I do not recommend him for anything.
