I am building a custom home in Colorado Springs. It has been quite the experience. I was fortunate to find Lenz Electric who has been one of the few bright stars of our building experience. When I set up my appointment Chad came out, took a thorough look at my house, listened to my concerns, told me what his company could do to help and shortly after gave me a bid that I thought was very fair. I ended up using Lenz for several different things such as installing whole house electrical panel, 2 sub panels, main electric run, install of a whole house Generac generator and consulting when we had issues with passing inspections. Originally I was just going to get a smaller generator that would only power part of my house but after discussing the Pros and Cons and seeing the price difference I went with the larger generator - so glad I did. I would definitely hire Lenz Electric again as they were professional, fair priced and did high quality work.

I have made two appointments to have Jeremy show up - the first was Labor Day. Called the next day and made an appointment for the next week. No call no show both times.

Our generator wouldn't start. We made the mistake of calling someone else, who not only didn't fix the problem but also fouled up the diagnostic report on the generator. We called Lenz and have been extremely impressed with their competence and professionalism: from the scheduler, Terry to Steve, the tech who worked on our generator. We've signed up for them to perform annual maintenance on the generator. We're very HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

Made an appt directly w/ Lenz Electric's estimator and I had to take time from work to meet him. Immediately before our scheduled time, I called to verify but he said he wasnt yet sure he would come by or not, obviously with no intent of being on time or letting me know his intent. He promised to call back and let me know if I would see him at all that day but I never heard from him again. I guess Lenz needs more competition.

I am the proud owner of an 11kW Generac Standby Generator. It was purchased and installed by Lenz Electric, Inc., Colorado Springs. Lenz Electric was prompt in answering my initial request for information. From their website, I was able to connect with GE Capital for speedy and reasonable financing. Lenz Electric handled the sale and installation of my Generac in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner. I am 73, and when I didn't readily understand how efficient the Generac would perform without my involvement, Lenz Electric made an additional trip to my home to explain and answer questions . . . My Generac self-checks each Wednesday at 10 a.m. I simply look to see if I have a "green" light and know that I am in good hands. I highly recommend that you opt for a maintenance agreement. This unit is amazing and as owners we want it to always run at top efficiency. Scheduled maintenance is the key.

Lenz Electric provided prompt and professional service on my Generac whole house generator. I bought it from a dealer in Monument, and literally BEGGED that dealer to service it for over a month. Finally I gave up and called Lenz. They came right away. They have my business for life. Great company, I highly recommend them.

After dealing with 2 other electrician companies who gave incorrect diagnosis' for over a year as to why it wasn't working, Lenz Electric came out, ON TIME, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, etc. and got the generator working in an hour and a half!
