Gave up on them several years ago
Terrible service; did everything wrong; used after-market parts I had to replace repeatedly; failed to show up - for endless weeks - in an emergency situation. I switched to another repair company and have never ever had a problem since switching. Do not use Legacy!!!

Sales great, service not so much.
Sale, installation and the product itself has been flawless. 2 calls now to request a recommended maintenance. No return call. This apparently is what happens when you don’t buy the 10 year super expensive maintenance plan.

Professional & Documented
These folks made the installation of the generator at our business easy. Even when I was out of town, they just did what they said and even left copies of the finished permits in a close out package for our records. Great Electrical Contractor! They represent your products well.
