LSHC did a good job with my install. There were delays due to issues with a non-standard gas line size in my home, as well as permitting issues with the city. LSHC did a good job communicating the causes of these delays and how they were being addressed. I am very satisfied with the final result of the project.

There were some delays due to city permitting and my house having a non-standard plumbing size for the gas lines, but LSHC kept me up to date on the causes of the delays and what they were doing to address them. I am very happy with the finished product, and it has already come in handy several times.

LSHC did a great job with my install. They had to work around my home's nonstandard gas line plumbing and issues with city permitting that caused significant delays. They kept me up to date with the causes of these issues and what they were doing to address them. The important thing is that the install was finished in the end, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the final result and the communication along the way.

No problems

The install took a little longer than we expected due to unforeseen problems. But once it was in there has been no problems. All of the technicians were friendly & professional.

Charged for warranty work

I my generator was installed by my builder it is still under warranty less tan two years old. under warranty on app it says 3 years parts, 2 years labor, two years travel. this servicing dealer refused two recognize my warranty and charged $193.00 to fix a battery terminal I was told when I called that they did warranty work.
