Lee and the install team were great. They are very good at this type of install right on down to the clean up. Lee ran me through all of the paper work going forward. Again these are the people you want to do business with.

Service Call

Had the red light come on on our Generac generator so my husband investigated. Normally he has no problem getting it running. Usually just some minor little thing that needs adjusting but this time he couldn\u2019t get it to stay running. We have had this generator for about 13 years (would never be without one again) and haven\u2019t had to have repair on it so we didn\u2019t know who to call. Contacted Generac\u2019s main number and they started listing those close to us. We called this company yesterday and they were just great. Got someone out here this afternoon and it is up and running. Mia in the office is so helpful and kept in touch with us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for their fast service, knowledge AND they had the part with them on the truck. No second trip. Ready for snow, ice and electric going out this winter.

Amazing Service!!!

I cannot say enough about this company. From start to finish everything went perfect. Everything was well explained and handled efficiently. Mia always kept us well informed on the progress of the permits and anything necessary to get the unit installed. The day the unit was installed they took steps to keep the inside of the house clean and left the outside in perfect shape. There was not a thing this company could do to improve their service.

Great to work with

Even though we had some delays on installation due to city permits I was always kept up to date on the status and pending installation time frame. Everyone was professional, kind, and friendly throughout the whole process. It's been wonderful to have the piece of mind that we will never have to worry about another power outage again! I would recommend this dealer as they were a pleasure to work with.

Impressed

We are appreciative of the way Lee Legler handled our install. Mia handled all our calls and was VERY informative. Lee and the guys did a great job!!! The way the gas line was routed thru this old farm house basement was quite impressive. There is a storm front moving thru and we hope the power goes out! Thank you Lee Legler!

Overall fantastic experience with Lee Legler Construction. They did a great job helping me decide which generator would be the best fit for my home. They clearly outlined how the installation process would work. Their installation team did a beautiful job installing the generator. It was worth the wait.

We had a Generac whole house standby generator installed last week by Lee Legler Construction and Electric and couldn't be happier. It took a few extra weeks with supply chain issues (Generac and most everybody else), Nicor Gas' audit of our supply line and meter (the supply line to our house was fine but our meter needed to be larger), and then the big day arrived. I watched for almost 7 hours as Lee and his crew did the install. Lee is a true craftsman. Everything had to just right for him and it showed. We will be purchasing the annual maintenance and Mobile Link programs for 7 years of peace of mind (and probably more). Thank you Mia for keeping us in the loop!
