Non-responsive
I called this dealer because he was very close to the remote area where the generator is located.. He said he was busy at the time but would call back - probably the following week, and that he had another customer in the area. I waited a couple of weeks and did not hear from him. I called again and left a message on his voice mail to see when he could service the unit. He has not returned my call yet. I really cannot rate him other than unresponsive.
