Awesome Customer Support

I had an issue with my 22kw unit in my new home during my first power failure here. I’ve talked with Generac support twice before and they are awesome. The day of the power failure I contacted Leading Edge because of a transfer switch issue. Again, super competent, congenial and knowledgeable help. They helped me solve the problem over the phone and I feel more confident about the workings of the generator. Nice work. I’ll see you when periodic maintenance is due. Thanks.

Great Install

Eric was great. Communication was excellent for both delivery and install. Looking forward to years of service.

Great Product

I bought a Generac Generator for our new home in Alaska. Just went through our first major wind storm gusts around 50mph. Our neighborhood lost power, our home was fine. The generac turned on ran perfectly and turned off when power restored. Total peace of mind!

Excellent Service

Our builder never finished the install of our generac. We got in touch with Eric at Leading Edge Electric. He was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and helped us bring the generator up to new install status. I learned, it's best to contact a generac electrician to install to have the best outcome. So happy we found Eric at Leading Edge Electric!

Amazing Electrician!!

We just had Eric at Leading Edge Electric install our Generac. He was so professional and made the whole process a breeze. He uses high quality materials so you won't have to worry down the road. Highly recommend him as an electrician and definitely for a Generac install.

Best Service Ever

On 6/2024 I had Leading Edge Electric install my generator. Best service ever! If you’re in the Palmer/Wasilla area, give Eric a call. You won’t be sorry! I know we’ll be nice n warm this winter should the power go out. Thank you Leading Edge Electric!

Eric was great!

Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the price, and are very happy with the product.

Leading Edge Electric is the Generac Pro

Eric did an outstanding job across the board. From a timely response on quoting me, to getting the generator here, installed and functioning I was totally impressed! Given the weather we are having this winter I expected to have to wait until spring to get it done. Eric got it done in early January and worked through some tough weather to complete the job. Top notch in every way.

Leading Edge Electric is fantastic

I’m incredibly pleased with Eric at Leading Edge Electric. He was professional, knowledgeable and worked hard to put us into his schedule over the holidays. The controller that came with the unit was defective and he had a spare in his truck so there was no delay on my end. I would absolutely use Leading Edge again.
