I had been trying for nearly 2 months to get the original installer of my generator to come out and fix a problem. I finally called Mr. MORRIS and he showed up in a couple of days. He arrived right on time found it was only a fuse out. Replaced the fuse, left me 2 spares showed mme how check for the problem and a few other tips and was gone in about 45 minutes. Charge was very very reasonable. He will be my go to guy if I ever have any more problems.

Can't go wrong with this dealer.
I was very impressed with his concern for getting everything done correctly. I believe he went out of his way to correct a warranty problem that I didn't even realize was covered. He knows the equipment, he schedules a particular time instead of a block of time, and arrives at the time scheduled. Never have to wait on him. He makes sure you understand what he is doing, and asks if you have any questions. He will keep doing the servicing of our Generac generator.
