Le Loop Services

Fantastic, friendly service

Needed to have my annual maintenance check performed on my 24kw unit. Contacted JD to schedule the service & had an appointment booked within days. He was prompt, professional, courteous & thorough! Completely went through my system & explained to me everything he was doing--even suggested a few things I could do on my own. JD will be my go-to guy for all future service. At the end of the service call, I felt as though I had known JD for years, rather than for only an hour or so. He is truly a wonderful individual who can be trusted with your service needs..

100% recommended

I had been trying for nearly 2 months to get the original installer of my generator to come out and fix a problem. I finally called Mr. MORRIS and he showed up in a couple of days. He arrived right on time found it was only a fuse out. Replaced the fuse, left me 2 spares showed mme how check for the problem and a few other tips and was gone in about 45 minutes. Charge was very very reasonable. He will be my go to guy if I ever have any more problems.

Can't go wrong with this dealer.

I was very impressed with his concern for getting everything done correctly. I believe he went out of his way to correct a warranty problem that I didn't even realize was covered. He knows the equipment, he schedules a particular time instead of a block of time, and arrives at the time scheduled. Never have to wait on him. He makes sure you understand what he is doing, and asks if you have any questions. He will keep doing the servicing of our Generac generator.

JD is a stand-up guy!

Great service, JD is a fantastic guy to deal with. He’s prompt and courteous, also worked around our schedule, to include Saturdays and evenings.

This dealer is fantastic!

What fantastic service! This dealer was one of the friendliest people I have ever met. He answered every question I had with ease, and we got my new generator installed in no time at all. I definitely recommend this dealer!
