Lajoie Electric & Control Srv INC

Peter and Nan Belskis

We just purchased an 18,000 Watt generator from Lajoie electric in Presque Isle Maine. The workmanship and workers we found were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a generator because we found them to be very honest, forthcoming, and easy to do business with. They also back up this product with 24 seven service if ever needed with regular service built-in to the plan. That was a major selling point for us as well.

Best Electrical company

I bought a 10000-watt generator and called around to get it hooked up and LaJoie electric got right back to me about it. They had a very good price for everything they had to do. The office manager was great to deal with as well as the workers that came out to do the work very polite and informative. They tested it and showed me anything I may need to do with it. Explained everything out and talked to me about thinking about getting an extended warranty as well as what it covers. Very thorough all on aspects. When went to pay doubled checked with me to see if I understood everything and if I had any questions come up sense it being done. They also reassured me if anything came up to let them know and they would answer any questions or come to my house if need. Greet company to work with. Would highly recommend them for any electrical work someone may need to have done.

Great service & Generator

We purchased a Generac 14kw from Lajoie Electric & Control Service Inc. I spoke with the service manager and discussed what i was looking for and he suggested the Generac 14kw. I done some on line research and determined that would be what i wanted. The generator was installed by their competent crew. Initial test was completed and it worked fine. Fuel supply was installed, tested, and everything works great. we were connected to the internet so we could monitor the generator on line. we would certainly recommend Lajois to anyone who is looking for a home generator.

This is a wonderful company!!!

Had a problem with a battery heating blanket which shorted out our N1/N2 fuses. We didn't know that this is what was wrong. Called the company and they were able to send someone the next working day. The certified tech came and found the problem immediately. Let us know what the problem was and inspected the generator, replaced the fuses, reset the error code and had our generator up and running. We had a snow storm the next day and the generator started right up and ran for the 2 hours the power was off. Thank goodness we called this business. We will definitely use this business again if we need them.

This is a wonderful company !!!

We have a 22k Generac generator. We had a problem with the generator not turning off. It had also blown several fuses. We called on a Friday afternoon and the certified service rep was there the beginning of the week. The owner let us know when the tech was coming and when he was delayed. He arrived found out what was going on with the generator. Turns out it was a Generac battery heater that had been installed. It overheated and shorted out. Thank goodness there was no damage to the generator or wiring to the house. So thankful to this company for their professionalism and quick response, as we have some nasty winter weather coming our way tomorrow. I would highly recommend this company. The owner and his crew are A -1.
