The company has 2 names, the sales guy is flip and seems bored with any need you may have. They use Google Earth instead of visiting and want payment up front. Not the quality Generac represents.

Great dealer and first rate installers

I purchased a whole house emergency generator from L-Train Electric in Oct. So far it has been a god-sent four times worked exactly as advertised. Jason, Billy and Gene are first rate, they were here on the date scheduled the installation was not an easy one but they handled it professionally and the area was cleaned before they left. Can't say enough about this company and I have recommended them to several people that are interested in a back up generator. I would give this company ten stars if there was a rating to that level. Great people to deal with.

Jason and Billy and everyone else that works there are super friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about how great their customer care is. There technical knowledge is excellent but are still able to explain a complicated system to anyone. They make everyone feel at ease and they make the process go so incredibly smooth. I can't recommend these guys enough.
