This dealer is great and very technically competent
This is a great machine and the control scheme performs verywell. Since installation, The unit has been activated two or three times, and performed flawlessly each time. In fact,when power is restored, the unit switches back to utility power and then shuts down. This occurs without you being aware that it happened. A very smooth, almost transient free occurrence.The only complaint I have, or had, was the lack of room tomake the necessary installation connections. I purchased and installed the machine myself and my problem was making a 2/0 cable fit in the space allowed for the external connection. Nothing in the provided instructions referenced the need of special wire for external hookup due to the limited space.
