I called to schedule a service on my Generac.I was told that the prices had just went up.I was given a high price but agreed to have the needed service done. When the service tech arrived I was told the price was going to be $20 higher than the owner had quoted. BEWARE!!

On December 4, 2013 after have the company come out and inspect my property in ordered to get a quote for a home generator I dropped off the down payment of approximately $4500. as of 14 January after calling weekly of when this was going to be installed I was finally told that the soonest he would be able to install it was on the 24th. I indicated that this was unacceptable. I was then told that he would end me my down payment back. for over 6 weeks I have heard every excuse possible why he was too busy with other projects to get to me. This is totally ridiculous. I am now shopping for another dealer to purchase a generac generator.
