YOU NEED MECHANICAL PERMIT - Should have used someone else to install...
THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE:They did not pay for or provide an electrical permit to me - said I didn't need one. Did not have a master electrician onsite during my generator installation. Found out later from the county that a MECHANICAL PERMIT IS REQUIRED - it's electrical and attached to the house. County inspector came out to inspect my generator installation & it DID NOT PASS due to incorrect wires being used - said what's there could have started a fire.I HIRED a DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR to correct the issues - inside and out - and it cost me an additional $1,000.SECOND inspection passed and I got my REQUIRED MECHANICAL PERMIT and PEACE OF MIND!!

this dealer is very dishonest and unprofessional
The owner and installer is unprofessional, when I called him about a problem he started yelling at me over them phone telling me that I was a lying and cussed at me. Very poor customer service!

Dealer responded to a problem with my standby gen. quickly and fixed it . Great service and will remember him with any future elec problems.
