Originally purchased our Generac 'Quiet Zone' through Home Depot in Topeka. When faced with a 2017 move to a different Topeka home, we turned to our regular generator maintenance firm, Krause Electric (now K K Electric). We knew we could count on them to move our big Generac to the new home with minimum fuss & trouble. They did not disappoint. ...Performed all new site prep, moved the machine to new site, installed latest electrical switching/monitoring technology (interfaced with the new house wiring system), and to this day routinely stops by and checks all generator operations. Lee Kraus of K K Electric got the job done - EXCELLENTLY.

He was willing to service my generator after regular hours when a storm knocked out the power, and the generator didn\u2019t start. I started to schedule generator maintenance in advance, and he makes sure it gets done right away!

Called KRAUS ELECTRIC LLC in the middle of October to get Generac generator serviced,,, was told it would happen no later than the end of November... Customer service is nonexistent,, phone is not being answered and calls are not returned...
