New Generator Installation During Covid

Ordered my first home generator through KPB (Generac 22KW w/ 500 gal tank) after looking at a number of dealers and options. The order was placed in June 2020 and installed in January 2021.

This dealer has made the Generac installation project a breeze for me and that's what I like from a contractor. The construction site was completely restored and even included some landscape improvements! Friendly and responsive;a real pleasure to do business with.

We interviewed a number of companies for our generator. With such a large investment we were weary of unprofessional vendors.

I have regular contract service with KPB. They are prompt and professional. Recently while we were in a hurricane warning, I tested my generator and it did not turn over although it had been exercising regularly and on time. When I called the office and spoke to Pam--who is ALWAYS friendly, upbeat, and competent---she told me they were at max for service calls, but that she would get someone out because we are on the medical list (my husband is a housebound invalid.) And sure enough, much sooner than I expected that afternoon, Desmond showed up, found the problem, and assured me he would be back first thing the next morning with the part needed. He also showed me how to start the generator on my own if I had to and how to check and add the oil if we ran for a few days which was a great comfort since this was something my husband handled before his illness. And first thing Saturday morning, Desmond was back, fixed the problem, did a load test, and assured me all was well. Thank you KPB, and thank you again, Desmond and Pam. You guys are terrific and appreciated!!!

A Pleasure

I just moved into a new community. KDP came out, evaluated my situation, went to the City to confirm their options would be acceptable then began the process. They coordinated everything, even went so far as to meet with my pool contractor to coordinate with them.

From the initial phone contact with KPB Services this Generac dealer surveyed our homes power needs and installed the Generac and propane tank in an expedient and professional manner to handle all our power needs.
