my 13yr old generator was not exercising. the guys who install it came out and could not get it fix. they tryed three times. They recommended kozy mechanical to come out to my house and fix the proublem. he was able to come out that same day. he found a bad control board. he had the part in the truck. the generator was back up and running. Thank you Kozy mechanical for fixing the proublem.

i didnt know who to call. found kozy mechanical on the generac web site. they came out to my house. the generator wouldnt start. he hound a bad battery. they had the new battery on the truck. he preformed a full service on the generator. they will be back every year to dervice my generator.

excellent performance

we were out of town. mobile link email kozy mechanical. the generator was not working. he call us on my cell phone and let us know the generator was not working. he went to my house and fix the generator. emailed me pictures of what was wrong. then emailed me a movie that the generator was working. thank you kozy mechanical for fixing the generator and going the extra mile so we can have a pice of mind that everythings working

there was a red light on the generator. kozy came out to the house. there was a bad starter. kozy had it on the truck. the generator was up and going with in the hour.
