Professional and experienced
Chris was very professional on getting the location and the initial install started. Ben and Brody did a outstanding install on the power system. My panel box never looked so good. Had a power failure within 3 weeks after install and the unit and all equipment worked flawlessly.

From estimate to installation Tim and Chris very professional and thorough. On completion of installation both reviewed operation, maintenance and available service for generator.

Excellent
Tim spent time to understand our needs and once the system was installed took the time to demonstrate all the features. His assistant Dick, followed up to keep everything on track. The installers made sure we had power when the local power company did not return to turn the service back on.

Very Professional
Tim did the initial estimate and follow up after the installation. He was very patient with me. He also was very responsive to my email questions and worked with me to determine the best generator and location. His installation crew was very professional and did a beautiful job of installing the generator, transfer switch and running the conduit.

Personable and Professional
Tim came to give the quote, he was informative and personable, he took geat pains to explain how the process would go as well as how to use and maintain the unit. When the crew installed the generator they were very professional and tidy. Great group of guys! I would highly recommend this company for the Generac installation.

Repair person, Jim, is thorough and knowledgeable. DId a great maintenance and repair job. Front office is also very easy to work with.
