We contacted Knox electrical (jordon) from from word one very polite and curtesy We talked a bit and made a appt day and time. He was on time and we went over what my usage was and he explained what was needed for our home. We talked for a bit and he left a estimate I contacted him about a day later on the phone we e-mailed paperwork work he said he would have it installed by a certain date. We agreed and our 24,000 watt generac generator was up and running 6 days ahead of schedule (great job to his helperVery professional clean looking job.
