Purchased this generator approximately 1 1/2 weeks ago, very impressed. I had an in home estimate accomplished within two days of talking with them on the phone. well onsite I then received the estimate in writing which was very competitive and did not have to wait 2 -3 days to receive. the company is very professional and installed the generator on my schedule date. The only thing I did not like was these are electricians and could not hook up the gas line. I had a local plumber do that and they both worked together to be at my house the same day. the work was very professional and an electrician friend of my agreed about their work and quality of parts use. I would highly recommend this company to install a home generator. Feel free to call other companies in Kokomo but make sure you get an estimate from this company. I guarantee you will use this company over the others.
