Kmen Electric, LLC

Find another dealer

I can not review the generator itself as I was unable to get my questions answered. I've heard great things about Generac so I found the closest dealer to my home. I found the telephone number for this dealer on this website and called to ask questions. The person who answered was extremely rude and told me to go somewhere else, which I will but I think it's important to warn people about this dealer. I don't think I've ever spoken with such a rude man in my life.

Trouble call

Prompt service, very knowledgeable, quickly found the problem and got my Generac up and going. I loved that I I didnt have to wait for parts to be ordered and a return visit. They had everything on hand that was needed to fix the generator right on the spot. They set me up to come out the same time next year to do the yearly maintenance and gave me a quick tutorial on my unit. Absolutely the best customer service! I highly recommend KMEN!

Great Service

Our Generator didnt come on during a power outage. Called Kirk and he walked us through the steps to get the generator back online. He was very professional and helped me when needed. The next day on a Saturday he came to fix the problem with no charge when it wasnt under warranty. 5 stars!!

Excellent service!!

Kirk and his crew installed my unit in a timely and professional manner. They were prompt and never took a break or a lunch break and got us up and running in half a day. I highly recommend Kmen Electric LLC with your generator needs and service....

Disappointing

Tried getting in touch with this dealer after hearing good things. finally called me back and was extremely rude. after mention this to a few friends, they felt the same way as i did. I did not expect to be treated so unprofessionally because of my questions that i felt were legitimate.
