Kitsap Electric

Kitsap Electric is awesom

We just had Kitsap Electric Install a 26 KW Generator with 2 propane tanks. We got 4 bids and while they werent the cheapest, they were an excellent choice. The installation was efficient and clean. My husband and I were surprised how neat the conduit and everything was they did. Brian explained the operation and everything we needed to do. We recieved the remote monitoring as part of the install which is nice since the generator is in a remote location we dont see everyday. Our power was only out 4 hours. Highly reccomend - they also will be back to service in a year and can perform the warranty work.

Great Generac service

I called Kitsap Electric about a generator that wasn’t working. He took the time to discuss possible issues and what they could do to fix. They made an emergency call and fixed the issue within an hour. Very professional and responsive

Pro Installation

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a Generac 24 kW standby generator installed by Kitsap Electric, and the whole experience was amazing. As a woman handling this kind of project on my own, I was a little nervous—but the team was respectful, patient, and explained everything clearly without talking down to me. The install was quick, clean, and professional. They showed up on time, protected my yard, and even cleaned up after themselves (big plus!). The generator runs quietly and had no problem powering the whole house during a recent outage. Kitsap Electric followed up after the install and offered a maintenance plan, which I signed up for. Overall, I feel so much better knowing we’re covered if the power goes out. If you're thinking about getting a backup generator, I 100% recommend these guys.

Clean & Professional job

We had Kitsap Electric install a 26 KW generator and new electric panel for us. They were professional and efficient in everything they did. We are very happy with the install. They took extra steps to hide the gas piping and electrical as much as possible, even putting the propane tanks behind some plants. We received the first year annual service and remote monitoring which is great since we are gone a lot and dont have to worry about the generator working properly if we are gone. They can also handle warranty issues with Generac if needed.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Kitsap Electric did a wonderful job of servicing our unit. First, he came on time, and called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He didn't get upset when I asked questions, and explained everything to this lady. Generator now working perfectly. Would recommend Brian of Kitsap Electric to anybody in Kitsap County, WA.

Excellent service

Recently Brian serviced my older Generac. I was very pleased that the service included a thorough inspection of fuel, charging and compression. It is reassuring to know this brand has proven reliable and with the continued service expertise of Brian’s company will provide power when needed. I highly recommend this company.

Great professional dealer

Brian with Kitsap electric came out and gave us a generator estimate. He was by far the most professional in explaining the benefits on solving our power outage issues. His proposal was very detailed and informative. Great financing options were available and the installation was seamless. We are also covered by annual service and active monitoring. We are in arizona part of the year and it’s huge that we don’t have to worry if our generator is ready in a power outage
