Very Thorough

I choose Kirk based on my first interaction with him when he came out to give me a quote. What I was impressed with he took my cover off my outside panel and checked all my connections and tightened several that had loosen over the years. Went the extra mile. He is very particular and his work(wiring) is so neat. Once up and running he showed how generator worked and went over the operation of my generator. He got his permit and spoke with the propane supplier to get there's in order. His Instalation was worry free for me and it was a pleasure having him do my Instal.

Outstanding Vendor

Kirk installed our generator in February 2019. His pre-sales survey was exceptionally thorough and inspired confidence in his knowledge of the products. His installation was immaculate and precise and has thus far (11 months) performed flawlessly. He was patient with my questions and thorough in his answers.
