Above and beyond in service and attitude

Eddy came in response to my whole-house standby generator going into alarm mode showing low oil pressure with the generator shutting down. He was supposed to be closed for Christmas, but came over anyhow the next morning to see if he could help with the generator. During his trouble-shooting, he discovered a faulty relay/valve with an oil leak, which he was able to replace. I had some oil on hand, but some of the oil looked bad and Eddy didn't want to take a chance on bad oil, so he drove into town to get fresh oil and brought it back to use in the generator. There were some oil splatters through-out the generator enclosure and Eddy went beyond the normal scope of diagnosis and repair and spent a good bit of time cleaning up the oil splatters and setting up a time for more extensive clean-up of the generator after the Christmas Break. He clearly sets high standards and strives to excel in his work ethic - he goes above and beyond. If there were more stars to check, I would mark them all. Going forward, Eddy is my go-to guy for all electrical issues - he's the best I've seen in quite some time!...

Replace motor on a 22k

Kingdom Power Electrical came out in one day and replaced the motor on my 22k. They were very professional and courteous. The repair went smooth. They also cleaned up after the job was finished. I would recommend this company not only to repair your generator but other Electrical jobs. Thanks for a great job.
