Texas Oil Electric
Was -3 degrees and the generator would not come on. I called Tx Oil Electric and left a message. In a very short time, Warren called me back. I had tried to contact several dealers in the area and Warren was the only one that returned my call. Without a doubt, he is THE most knowlegable and professional person I have dealt with. He was extremely professional and patient in answering all my questions. Without a doubt, Texas Oil Electric, and specifically Warren is the one I will deal with in the future. His help was exemplary and I would highly recommend him for anyone who is having problems with their Generac generators. Not only professional and helpful, but a great guy.

Home Generator
Tried for weeks to get them to install a home generator. Would never return my calls and kept telling me two or three weeks. They will never get any of my well work now too.
