Prompt, professional installation of whole house backup generator. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kevin's Electrical explained everything that was to occur in the installation and once installed provided a step by step tutorial of how the generator works with helpful suggestions as to wi-fi use and propane tank monitoring.

Brian at Kevin\u2019s Electrical was very prompt and very responsive. He worked with me around my schedule to minimize any impact to us at home while installing the whole house generator and transfer switch. I would highly recommend Kevin\u2019s Electrical.

Excellent service for over 10 years.

Kevin and his staff just installed a new standby generator to replace one that he installed over 10 years ago. They are efficient and friendly. We are very dependent upon our standby generator and the service provided by this dealer.

Terrible Service

I have called 3 times and asked for service on my generator that stopped working and they won't even return my calls!!

Never even got a return call!

When trying to purchase a $7000 generator including install I would hope a dealer would be more responsive. I am told that Generac forwarded my info onto Kevin and I personally called numerous times over a few weeks juattempting to get an initial consoltation...never so much as a call back after being told each time "they will make sure he gets the message".

Great dealer

3/7/2021 Dealer gave options where to install unit. Thoroughly explained the installation and operation of the unit. It fired up on Saturday for its bi-weekly check with no problems.
