Kevin's Electrical Service LLC

Just bad service

Very disappointed in the service provided by Kevin. He came out and did an oil change, afterward the Generac would not start, He came back and said it was the stepper motor. He said he would come back and replace it on a day I was not home, he said no problem since it was outside and I left the garage open for him to work on the circuit braker. I got a bill for parts but it appears he never came out and never fixed the issue. Called 2x a week for 2 months and talked to his very nice answering service but totally ghosted me. Do not call him! It appears he works when and where he feels like it without regard to his customers. Generac should pull his service agreement, he is giving you a bad name.

Ghosted

Called for service twice nine days ago. Receptionist said they’d call me back. Crickets.

Excellent in every aspect.

Prompt, professional installation of whole house backup generator. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kevin's Electrical explained everything that was to occur in the installation and once installed provided a step by step tutorial of how the generator works with helpful suggestions as to wi-fi use and propane tank monitoring.

estimate

i talked with kevin and was please how he asked questions. he sent an estimate and never heard from him again. i have called several times. maybe he is on vaca or i’ll. but would like someone to cal

Great experience

Brian at Kevin’s Electrical was very prompt and very responsive. He worked with me around my schedule to minimize any impact to us at home while installing the whole house generator and transfer switch. I would highly recommend Kevin’s Electrical.

Excellent service for over 10 years.

Kevin and his staff just installed a new standby generator to replace one that he installed over 10 years ago. They are efficient and friendly. We are very dependent upon our standby generator and the service provided by this dealer.

Terrible Service

I have called 3 times and asked for service on my generator that stopped working and they won't even return my calls!!

The Dealer and Installation Crew Were Great!

Kevin and the two guys who installed the Generac system were very customer oriented, knowledgeable and competent. The installation went smoothly and they explained the system equipment and how it works to me. We are very pleased!

Dealer is professional and efficient!

Straight A's across the board! We hired Kevin's Electric after a neighbor offered a strong recommendation for his service and skills. We were very pleased with his depth of knowledge, his ability to share that knowledge, his professional demeanor and willingness tailor the installation to our landscape preferences. With Kevin's guidance and expertise, we now have a reliable backup power system and maintenance schedule that will help us comfortably navigate those frequent power outages!

Never even got a return call!

When trying to purchase a $7000 generator including install I would hope a dealer would be more responsive. I am told that Generac forwarded my info onto Kevin and I personally called numerous times over a few weeks juattempting to get an initial consoltation...never so much as a call back after being told each time "they will make sure he gets the message".
