Prompt, professional installation of whole house backup generator. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kevin's Electrical explained everything that was to occur in the installation and once installed provided a step by step tutorial of how the generator works with helpful suggestions as to wi-fi use and propane tank monitoring.

Kevin and his staff just installed a new standby generator to replace one that he installed over 10 years ago. They are efficient and friendly. We are very dependent upon our standby generator and the service provided by this dealer.

When trying to purchase a $7000 generator including install I would hope a dealer would be more responsive. I am told that Generac forwarded my info onto Kevin and I personally called numerous times over a few weeks juattempting to get an initial consoltation...never so much as a call back after being told each time "they will make sure he gets the message".

3/7/2021 Dealer gave options where to install unit. Thoroughly explained the installation and operation of the unit. It fired up on Saturday for its bi-weekly check with no problems.

Everyone who came out to my house was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They were able to explain everything and answer all our questions. They pointed out any concerns or issues so that we could address them and not have any future issues. We are so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for more information or that is ready to have any electrical work / generator installation!
