WOW!! Fantastic Service!

Ky Emergency Power did a fantastic job! Our installation was scheduled for the first week of March. On Sunday February 14th a wicked ice storm hit central Ky knocking out power to over 25,000 homes including ours. Within several days of the storm we got a phone call from Kentucky Emergency Power, (great name), asking if we were home and available. They showed up with our generator and began the installation. We were so shocked and pleased. We're a bit older and not in great health. I was battling COVID. All works well and was explained to us. We're ecstatic!

As my father always said, you might tie \u2018em but, you\u2019ll never beat \u2018em.Jack, John and the crew did a great job for us. We sleep much better, now.

Very Knowledgeable and Professional

I installed a generator in a prior residence that was easily done. No major issues.Our new house was very challenging regarding installing both the electrical wiring and transfer case and to include getting the gas to the generator.After talking with Jack Judy I knew he could do it. It wasn't easy, but in the end it has worked very well and I am very pleased.
