Outstanding service!
Ken has plenty of business and the reason is great service. My brand new Generac power washer quit running after three hours work. He took the time to evaluate it while I waited. He discovered a fouled air filter that had accumulated oil during shipment. He installed a new filter and cleaned the spark plug for good measure. I am back in business. I would highly recommend his service, even if it cost a little more drive time to get to his shop.
