Ken installed a generac generator for us at our home. He was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining what we needed to get done prior to installation. We needed to upgrade our natural gas line and have a designated line put in. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very professional and seemed to have a great understanding of what he was doing. If he didn't know something he was quick to help us find the right people to help us in the gas work preparation. We enjoyed working with Ken and highly recommend him.
