Kelly's Electrical is a very professional company to work with. The installation process of my generator was very smooth, and they are extremely knowledgeable at what they do. Their service department is outstanding as they just serviced my unit, and they were very detailed in making sure my generator was working properly, and communicating online with me. I definitely recommend them for all your Generac generator needs.

Awesome Dealer

Kelly's did a great job from the time I was presented the information about the generator that worked best for my house to when they finished the install. All of there work was completed in a very neat and timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bad Experience

Contacted them for warranty repair work on my generator following Hurricane Florence. Said they would put in a work order and it would be a while as they were busy. Had not heard from them in early Oct. so I called them, said they would get to me. Had not heard from them late October so called Generac to find another dealer. Generac wanted to call them and have us talk. Said they would talk with manager and get back with me. Called back and said it would be December before they could come and it was probably a fuse and that would not be under warranty. Called my installer (can install but not service) and they came and checked all fuses and connections and all was fine. I called Kelly's and told them. They said some people do not know how to install generators properly and they could have done something wrong. Thought that was unprofessional. Called another dealer that was further away and they came in November to service generator. Kelly's may be good if you purchase from them and I know everyone has different experiences but this was my experience and I would not recommend them.
